Our New Orleans and Memphis offices have fully operational demo and training kitchens. 

Many local chefs have also used or facilities to try out new, innovative equipment, or simply work on menu development away from the distractions of their own kitchens. 

We use these facilities to conduct regular DSR sales training, Tech service training, new product introductions, and other events.
